Mission Statement

For more than 12 years Synergon has been providing a high level of customer service to many different customers across many different industries. Initially Synergon began providing help desk services to customers who manufacture mission critical pieces of equipment. In the mission critical environment a quick response and resolution is paramount. We have incorporated those same mission critical requirements into our operational model and offer those same levels of service as standard operating procedure today. Our goal is simply, “Ultimate Customer Satisfaction”.
